Safety In The Field – Lone Worker Safety
Safety In The Field – Lone Worker Safety
Safety in the Field is an automated, phone-based system that addresses 2 key operational requirements:
- Reducing the Safety Risk for Lone Workers in the Field with an Automated Escalation
- Simplifying their Documentation process with an Automated Dictation system
From a SAFETY perspective, this system triggers an INSTANT INTERNAL ALERT to supervisors when a Lone Worker is injured or in danger and can’t call for help. In these time sensitive situations, an automated “Red Flag” delivered by phone and email can make all the difference.
From a PRODUCTIVITY perspective, as your staff documents case notes, there are 2 basic realities:
- The notes need to be generated in a timely and accurate fashion
- The manual documentation process is more time consuming than everyone would like
Our system addresses both issues by enabling users to DICTATE case notes into their cell phone immediately after every visit / meeting. An audio file is created and instantly converted into a text report, in a fraction of the time it takes to produce via manual data entry.
The system can be configured to generate the Text based reports you require, deposited directly into your existing Information Management system. It is HIPAA compliant, easy to use and very affordable.
